As part of our decent homes contract, we work on behalf of South Holland District Council carrying out kitchen, bathroom and level access shower refurbishments.
Throughout the works the residents stay at the property while we accommodate access and maintain facilities as much as possible, so that day to day lives run as normal.
Over a 12-working day period the kitchen is remodelled and refurbished to include fresh plastering, tiles, flooring, plumbing and electrical works as well as brand new kitchen units and worktops that are chosen by the customer during a pre-work survey process. With a wealth of knowledge, workmanship and customer service, we are able to maintain a consistent track record of producing a high standard of works for our client and their customer, as seen from the positive comments and images received, whilst working in their property.
