D. Brown (Building Contractors) attended the glittering finals of the 2014 LABC building excellence awards on Friday.
The company was nominated and short-listed for Best Educational Building – The Deeping School Sixth form; Best Local Builder or traditional craftsmanship; Best customer partnership with a local authority building control team (South Holland District Council), and Best Public service building – South Lincolnshire Crematorium.
“Although this year we did not win any awards everyone thoroughly enjoyed the good food and wonderful company,” said Des Ford, managing director. “To be short-listed is a great accomplishment and everyone involved in the all the projects were thrilled to of made it to the finals. We aim to be back next year!”
The LABC awards night was held at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.
